  The Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources

  Open Textbook Library
Description: Open textbooks are textbooks that have been funded, published, and licensed to be freely used, adapted, and distributed. These books have been reviewed by faculty from a variety of colleges and universities to assess their quality. These books can be downloaded for no cost, or printed at low cost. All textbooks are either used at multiple higher education institutions; or affiliated with an institution, scholarly society, or professional organization. The Open Textbook Library is supported by the Center for Open Education and the Open Textbook Network.

UNT
Description: UNT – The French Thematic Universities consist of 8 thematic universities that altogether mutualise educational resources for Higher Education across all disciplines. This is a national, public initiative supported by the French educational authorities, and their main objective is to make pedagogical resources publicly available. The resources are digital, publicly licenced and addressing both educators and students, and they are quality assured for formal higher education. The vision of the French Thematic Universities is open access to knowledge. Their mission is to gather existing digital educational resources, produce new resources, evaluate, index and distribute resources and quality assure the scientific, technical and pedagogical aspects of the resources.
